How to share logins and user accounts across multiple WordPress sites

Do you run multiple WordPress sites and want to synchronize user activities? Do you want to share logins? E.g. when they log in to any one of your sites, do you want it so that they get logged in to other sites? Automatically?

This is where Share Logins Pro came into the picture! So far, this is the only plugin on the earth that allows you to share logins and user accounts across multiple sites!

Configuring Share Logins Pro is relatively easy and takes only a couple of minutes. In this tutorial I’m going to show you how to configure it.

Go to the settings page

Go to the settings page from the left menu. If you don’t see this menu item, most probably the plugin is not activated.

Share logins and users

Configure basic settings

This is the most sensitive part of the configuration. Please be careful.
You’ll get 3 different text input fields in this section.

Share users and login WordPress

Access Token: A security token to ‘identify’ your site. It makes sure that no requests from and to other sites than yours will be processed.

Security Key and Security IV: These are they keys to encrypt your data.

You can keep these values as they are,  but it’s STRONGLY recommended that you change them.

Also, please make sure you have EXACTLY THE SAME keys in all your sites.

Enable Log: Check this to enable log of user activities.

Click Save Changes when you are done.

Add your remote sites

Remote sites are the sites that your want to sync logins or user accounts with.
